          Pump overview:

          TCD no leakage multistage magnetic pump is designed by our company to solve the problem

          of fluid transportation with small flow rate and high head. Its structure, hydraulic and magnetic

          circuit design adopts advanced and novel technology, and the magnetic drive technology is

          successfully applied to the multistage magnetic centrifugal pump, which solves the problems

          of axial force balance and static sealing of multistage pump under high power, large gap

          magnetic circuit design and high working pressure.

          Pump advantages:

          1. TCD no leakage multistage centrifugal pump for petrochemical process is self-developed

          and designed by our company according to HGT2730-2012 magnetic driven centrifugal

          chemical process pump and API 685-2000 sealless centrifugal pump for petroleum, heavy

          chemical, and natural gas industry.

          2. The material of flow passage parts such as pump body, inner rotor, pump cover, impeller,

          isolation sleeve and pump shaft can be made of 304, 316, 316L, 904, TA2, HC276 and

          other materials by precision casting.

          3. The moving ring, shaft sleeve and sliding bearing are made of high wear-resistant and

          temperature resistant crystalline silicon carbide, tungsten carbide and other materials,

          which have the characteristics of high strength, good wear resistance, good willfulness

          and strong corrosion resistance, so as to effectively ensure the service life of the pump.

          Widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, acid making, alkali making, smelting, rare

          earth, pesticide, dye, medicine, papermaking, electroplating, electrolysis, pickling and
